The Rustic Barn is located in the heart of the farming community in Boone country. The property features a beautiful historic French/Italian style home built in 1878 with a brick architectural design. The rustic place in Jefferson Township is popularly known for its row crop farming along with former horse and cattle rearing.
The farm contains several grain bins along with a tall white silo that creates many picture-perfect scenes. On the west side of the property is a two acre walnut grove with trees up to 50 feet tall producing a nicely shaded presentation over lush green grass, this makes a beautiful setting for a special event.
We have been blessed with the opportunity to carry on the history and tradition of this setting. Our intent is for you to enjoy the outdoors of a working farm with the peacefulness of the country life overlooking beautiful enchanting sunsets. Eight spacious acres are utilized to host Weddings and other events.
My name is Viridiana Cruz Werlein, and I am a proud mother of three daughters who are my heart and my greatest motivation. Everything I do is inspired by them and the life I am building for our future.
I am passionate about life and everything I create. I believe that if something is worth doing, it should be done with excellence. I enjoy art, nature, music, and the beauty found in simple moments. I consider myself a dreamer and a creative soul, always striving to turn ideas into meaningful experiences.
My journey has not always been easy. In 2017, I started my commercial cleaning company during a challenging time in my life. Through hard work, resilience, and determination, I was able to grow and create something stable for my family.
Although cleaning was never my dream, it opened doors for me. As I attended weddings of friends and family, I discovered a new passion — creating beautiful, unforgettable moments for others. I fell in love with the idea of bringing people together in a space full of joy, love, and memories.
In 2021, I began investing in real estate, and during that journey, I found what is now known as The Rustic Barn Events in Jamestown — a place that truly captured my heart.
Today, my mission is to provide a warm, elegant, and memorable space where every celebration becomes a cherished story.
